Delete your BitMATCH account
This secure page lets you request account deletion even if you no longer have the Android app. BitMATCH verifies ownership with a short-lived, one-time link sent to the account email.
BitMATCH is developed and operated by Xhavasoft, Albania.
What happens
- Your account and sign-in data, profile, wallet and point balances, point buckets, transactions, game progress, rewards, subscription records, Coach data, saved addresses, reports, push devices, and account-linked analytics are deleted.
- Generated Coach messages, responses, traces, roadmaps, progress, quizzes, scans, nudges, and eligible fine-tuning or evaluation links are deleted.
- Withdrawal records are disconnected from the account for accounting reconciliation, fraud prevention, and dispute handling. BitMATCH removes the user ID and points category and replaces the voucher and Binance-linked phone number with purpose-specific, non-readable keyed values. The internal record ID, amount, status, and timestamps remain for no more than 2,555 days (seven years), then the record is deleted. Pending withdrawals are cancelled.
- For security and abuse prevention, BitMATCH temporarily retains only non-readable deletion-link, request-rate, and deleted-session markers. They contain no raw email, IP address, user ID, or deletion token and expire within one, two, and 31 days respectively.
